The graphics package must emphasize high-end, custom branding that embodies the Mountaineers’ team identity while delivering a premium, upscale aesthetic. Expected deliverables include three-dimensional wall features, large-format laminated wall coverings, acrylic and metal lettering, logo treatments, and other sophisticated visual elements. Vendors are required to supply concepts with full color renderings presented in isometric, elevation, and floor plans, as well as budgetary estimates for design, fabrication, and installation.

Additional requirements include providing a timeline or schedule for project design and fabrication, participating in bi-weekly virtual design meetings with the project team, and assessing architectural design to integrate aesthetics, graphics, displays, logo, and branding. Detailed shop drawings of all signs and graphics included in the final design package, including installation and anchorage details, must also be provided. The contract period is one year.
