This RFP seeks a vendor to provide graphic wall and digitally printed acoustic panels services. All artwork and high-resolution graphic files will be supplied by the client and must be suitable for large-scale printing. The selected contractor will be responsible for reviewing provided artwork to ensure compatibility with printing methods and notifying the designer if adjustments are required.

Graphics should be printed at high resolution using UV-stable inks, along with protective coatings or laminates to maintain quality and color fidelity. Acoustic panels must adhere to specified Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) performance requirements while preserving graphic integrity and color consistency. Vendors are expected to digitally print graphics directly onto acoustic material or fabric that sustains sound absorption properties and to provide panel edging, backing, and mounting systems according to the design specifications.
