The agency seeks a vendor to provide graphic recording services, including the creation of a short animation or video that simplifies and explains a complex statutory framework to the general public. Deliverables will consist of a video under two minutes and up to five graphics or illustrations. The chosen firm is expected to collaborate closely with county executive staff to ensure all visuals are accessible, inclusive, and have maximum impact.
