The organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide both graphic design and website consulting services to support their AB 617 outreach objectives.
The selected vendor will be responsible for creating various graphic design assets, including flyer and brochure templates for both print and digital use, social media templates in multiple formats, infographics for environmental education, web graphics, and other digital assets. All deliverables must be provided as editable files compatible with Canva or Adobe products.
In addition to graphic design, the vendor will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing website. Responsibilities include simplifying the site's navigation and content structure—covering both front-end and back-end management—updating the layout and visuals, and enhancing visibility, usability, and accessibility. The website design must also be aligned with AB 617 messaging and outreach goals.
