DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide graphic design services for the Tennessee Tech Football program and its social media channels. Services will include producing creative graphic images for football social media pages in accordance with university guidelines and aligning designs with the vision, style, and theme established by the Head Coach and General Manager.
The vendor will provide graphics on an as-needed basis throughout each month and complete each requested graphic within two calendar days of receiving the request. Requested revisions, including multiple revisions when desired, must be completed within the same two-calendar-day turnaround period at no additional charge under the monthly fee. The vendor may use existing photographs supplied by the agency when requested; additional photo shoots are not required unless separately authorized in writing.
The vendor must be available as needed, including nights and weekends, to support time-sensitive requests. The contract period will be one year.
