The selected vendor will provide comprehensive graphic design services, including the design, layout, and formatting of publications, materials, and various printed and web-based communication products in accordance with branding guidelines and the requirements of donors and partners.

Responsibilities include creating illustrations, artwork, maps, tables, charts, and other graphic elements for communication and promotional materials. The vendor will determine appropriate sizing and arrangement for illustrative materials and copy, select styles and fonts, and develop infographics from supplied data to convey core messages and visually organize complex information.

The designer is expected to advise staff on optimal design options for provided content, propose multiple design versions, and incorporate feedback throughout the revision process. Close liaison with the communication specialist will ensure final layouts are delivered in web-ready and print-ready formats, following all colour palette and typography guidelines. Delivery of all source files (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and creative, technical solutions—including for print, electronic, web-based, and animated presentations—is required.
