The selected vendor will provide comprehensive graphic design services, demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Responsibilities include the creation and development of graphic design concepts and layouts for a wide variety of marketing and public relations materials, including publications, brochures, advertisements, digital media assets, flyers, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, and website graphics.

Vendors are expected to develop templates for future flyers, brochures, and related deliverables, ensuring consistency in design and branding. The incumbent will review and implement edits to ensure the final product meets quality standards, and will deliver client-approved materials on time and in the proper formats for print or digital production. A strong understanding of both digital and print technology, as well as the technical specifications required for asset production, is essential.
