This opportunity seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive graphic design services over a three-year contract period. The scope includes digital and print advertising campaigns, publications such as annual reports, books, case studies, and brochures; animated videos; infographics; signage; tradeshow banners; presentations; and other collateral materials.
Work may involve creating new designs as well as developing existing templates and imagery to enhance creative content. The vendor should be proficient in Creative Cloud InDesign and Photoshop and familiar with using Canva for smaller projects, including building templates or designs for that platform. Online ad development will involve both static and animated elements in various sizes, and an understanding of online user behavior, call-to-actions, and click-through success is advantageous.
Additional responsibilities include animation, motion design, virtual reality design, art direction, visual strategy, branding, creative work, signage, and environmental graphics. The role also requires creating accessible documents in InDesign, formatting accessible links, establishing reading order, and modifying source documents such as Word, PowerPoint, and InDesign to support accessibility.
Best-fit vendors:
• Established graphic design firm with expertise in both print and digital media
• Proficiency in Creative Cloud InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva
• Experience in animation, motion design, branding, and virtual reality
• Demonstrated ability to create accessible documents and modify source files for accessibility
• Knowledge of online user behavior and digital advertising best practices
