The organization is seeking a vendor to provide graphic design services for a range of activities including digital and print advertising campaigns, publications such as annual reports, books, case studies, brochures, animated videos, infographics, signage, tradeshow banners, presentations, and other marketing collateral. The scope of work may involve creating and developing new designs, as well as modifying or enhancing existing templates and imagery.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud InDesign and Photoshop is required, with additional familiarity with Canva appreciated for the development of templates and smaller projects. The vendor should be capable of online ad development, including both static and animated elements in a variety of sizes, and have an understanding of online user behavior, call-to-action effectiveness, and click-through success. Areas of focus also include animation, motion design, virtual reality design, art direction, branding, signage, environmental graphics, and creative strategy.
There is an emphasis on creating accessible documents in InDesign, formatting accessible links, establishing reading order, and modifying source documents such as Word, PowerPoint, and InDesign files to ensure accessibility. The contract will be for a period of three years.
