This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive website redesign and development services, including content management system (CMS) implementation, staff training, accessibility and compliance, hosting, and transition support. The vendor will be responsible for redesigning two websites with a clean, modern, and professional appearance, focusing on improved navigation and usability for diverse audiences. The sites must be mobile-responsive and optimized for all devices, with content that is easy to find and clearly organized.

The CMS should be user-friendly and allow agency staff to independently add, edit, and remove content, as well as update pages, documents, and announcements without vendor assistance. The selected vendor will also provide hands-on training to staff regarding website content management, posting and removing information, and basic site maintenance. Documentation and recorded training materials should be included.

Additionally, the vendor will support migration from current websites to new platforms, ensuring a coordinated launch that minimizes service disruption. The contract period for these services will be one year.
