The organization is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive website redesign and development services, including content management, staff training, accessibility and compliance, as well as hosting and transition support. The selected vendor will redesign two websites to create a clean, modern, and professional appearance, with improved navigation and usability for diverse audiences. The goal is to ensure content is easy to locate and well organized, and that the sites are mobile-responsive and optimized for all devices.

The contract will require the implementation of a user-friendly, widely supported CMS, enabling the organization to add, edit, and remove content independently, as well as update pages, documents, and announcements without outside assistance. Vendors must also deliver hands-on training for agency staff, covering content management, posting and removal of information, basic site maintenance, and provide supporting documentation or recorded training materials. Hosting and transition services should include support for migration from current platforms to the new sites and coordination of the launch to minimize any service disruption. The contract period is one year. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 3, 2026.
