Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive graphic design and messaging creative services over a three-year contract. The selected vendor will be responsible for creative concept and messaging development across print, digital, and audio formats.

Services required include graphic design for both print and digital materials, copywriting, editing, proofreading, and overall project management. The vendor will support a variety of communication products and initiatives, such as corporate disclosure reports (including annual reports, business plans, public safety reports, and strategic plans), as well as data visualization and infographics for public safety analytics, dashboards, campaign materials, and other digital assets.

Additional deliverables may include publication advertisements, banners, and other collateral materials to support various communication needs. The vendor should demonstrate experience in managing creative projects from conception through final delivery.
