(1) Vendor needs to provide graphic arts video and design services. – A creative graphic arts and design firm is needed to help develop promotional materials to maintain the brand. – Provide to the satisfaction of the graphic arts and design services until the completion of contract. – The graphic arts and design firm will provide the personnel, equipment, and services for every project. – Provide copies of both raw footage and videos prepared for distribution via social media, website, and tv. – Promotional video of cherry blossom festival, holiday lights, summer concerts, and award applications. – Provide to the satisfaction of the tradition and drone video services. – Include editing, music and copyright issues. – Provide print–ready and web–ready final copies of designated artwork. – Providing onsite support at installations and photo sessions. – Retouch photographs in need. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
