A creative firm is sought to provide comprehensive graphic arts, video production, and design services in support of promotional materials and public events in New Jersey. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering end-to-end creative solutions, including personnel, equipment, and all necessary services, throughout the duration of the one-year contract.

Key responsibilities include developing, editing, and delivering both raw and final video content for distribution on social media, websites, and television, particularly for events such as the cherry blossom festival, holiday lights displays, summer concerts, and award applications. The firm will also provide traditional and drone video services, manage all aspects of editing, music selection, and copyright compliance, and produce both print-ready and web-ready artwork as designated.

Additional services encompass onsite support during installations and photo sessions, as well as professional photo retouching. The firm is expected to uphold the branding and creative standards of the client while ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of all assigned projects.
