(1) Vendor needs to provide graphic arts renovation general contracting services to the government authority located in Detroit, MI. – Agency is seeking General Contracting firms for the interior renovation of approximately 2,600sf of an existing science lab, teacher prep room, storage room, and classroom to support the new graphic arts. – Provide administrative, management, and related services to coordinate scheduled activities and responsibilities of the trade contractors with each other and with those of the general contractor, the owner, and the architect. – Removal of existing ceilings, light fixtures, floor finishes, millwork, countertops, plumbing, electrical, and doors. – Wall and floor finishes, millwork, ceilings, doors, painting, window coverings, and acoustic treatments. – Plumbing fixtures and piping – Fan coil units, heat pumps, ductwork, piping, controls, diffusers, and grilles. – Light fixtures, conduit, raceways, receptacles, panels, and controls. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 26, 2026. (3) Mandatory walk–through meeting will be held on January 23, 2026. (4) Optional pre–bid conference will be held on January 23, 2026.
