An intuitive, mobile-friendly portal is required for applicants to submit and track their applications and communicate with the agency. Role-based access interfaces, customizable forms, standardized data collection, real-time dashboards, and detailed, customizable reporting are essential to support both daily operations and strategic leadership needs.

The project encompasses business needs analysis, system configuration and customization, testing, deployment, training, go-live support, and ongoing maintenance and operations. Provisions for custom activities and out-of-scope support are included to ensure adaptability to future agency requirements.
