(1) Vendor needs to provide grant program engineering services to the government authority located in Ennis, TX.– Engineering services contract with a state–registered engineer to assist engineering services of its mitigation grant program.– Prepare analysis.– Make any necessary surveys of existing rights–of–way, topography, utilities, or other field data required for proper design of the project.– Provide consultation and advice as to the necessity of providing or obtaining other services such as auger borings, core borings, soil tests, or other subsurface explorations; laboratory testing and inspecting of samples or materials; other special consultations.– Prepare a preliminary engineering and architectural study and report on the project in sufficient detail to indicate clearly the problems involved and the alternate solutions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2026.
