(1) Vendor needs to provide grant management system.– Grants management, which simplifies and seamlessly integrates grant transactions with financial management, human capital management and spend management functionality. – A comprehensive research administration grants management system. – System–to–system submission and application tracking. – Electronic approval routing with custom workflows. – User roles and permissions configuration. – Document management for all proposal related documents. – Post–award account creation and interface with workday system. – Customizable reporting for grants management and financial users. – Compliance tracking and conflict of interest management. – Integration with existing financial, human capital management and research administration systems – Technical support and maintenance plan. – Data migration. – User documentation and training. – Implementation. – Post–production support.
