The scope of work includes delivering software capable of managing six distinct grant applications, along with setting up a comprehensive grant portal tailored to the corporation’s needs.

The vendor will be responsible for training and onboarding corporation staff on the effective use of the software, supporting them through the buildout, testing, and deployment phases. Ongoing responsibilities include ensuring uninterrupted software access, addressing technical issues, maintaining a bug-free environment, and providing troubleshooting and technical assistance as needed throughout the agreement period.

This engagement will last for one year, during which the vendor is expected to maintain high service standards and ensure the successful implementation and operation of the grant management system.
