(1) Vendor needs to provide grant management software.– Provide an end–to–end software solution as well as training to support corporation staff in buildout, testing, and deployment of the six grant applications in the software, as well as ongoing technical support as needed.– Grant portal set up– Train/Onboard Corporation staff on software utilization.– Maintain Corporation software access and ensure software remains bug–free and accessible to Corporation and end users.– Provide as–needed troubleshooting and technical assistance to Corporation staff for the duration of the agreement.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 2, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
