(1) Vendor needs to provide grant management software to support staff in buildout, testing, and deployment of the six grant applications in the software, as well as ongoing technical support as needed.– Build out the grant applications into the software solution, supported by staff.– Upload and configure historical grant program data into the software solution.– Support continuity of operations for any grant programs that are active or accepting applications during implementation, minimizing disruption to applicants, reviewers, and staff.– Train/Onboard Corporation staff on software utilization– Maintain software access and ensure software remains bug–free and accessible to and end users.– Provide as–needed troubleshooting and technical assistance to staff for the duration of the agreement.(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 2, 2026.
