A vendor is sought to provide grant lifecycle management software designed to streamline workflows across pre-award and post-award grant functions. The solution should reduce administrative burden and manual data entry, support compliance and reporting requirements across federal, state, local, corporate, and foundation grants, and enable long-term institutional knowledge management.

The software must facilitate the assignment of owners and collaborators, issue automated alerts, and be searchable by various fields such as funder, due date, funding priorities, and application guidelines. Additional requirements include forecasting upcoming workloads, tracking funding source types, supporting go/no-go workflows, maintaining version control and audit trails for multiple users, and producing real-time dashboards and customizable reports. The tool must also provide document management, compliance support, modification and approval workflows, and a searchable funder profile repository, as well as features for tracking cost share or matching commitments and auto-generating reminders for deadlines.
