(1) Vendor needs to provide grant food waste program marketing support services to the government authority located in Connecticut.– Content Strategy, Development & Engagement.– Partnerships/Networking.– Pitching.– Reporting.– Graphic design.– Researching and securing print pricing of materials and ad insertion costs as needed.– Coordinating printing and delivery of printed materials with vendors.– Coordinating ad insertions with local media outlets as needed.– Event support – (we anticipate about 24 events and 26 meetings per year, which can range from online informational meetings to large public events; materials & support needed would be respective to the nature and scale of the meeting or event).– Survey development & analytics.– Writing & distribution of press releases.– Copy writing for promotional materials & website.– Coordinating interviews with media outlets as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 1, 2026.
