A venue in Iowa is being sought to host graduation ceremonies for a class of 550 to 650 seniors, along with staff, orchestra, band, choir, family members, and friends. The venue must provide an environmentally comfortable space large enough to accommodate all attendees, with a separate area designated for senior class assembly prior to the event.

The space should include accessible floor seating for graduates (regardless of bleacher availability), along with a stage equipped with a seating section for speakers and district administrators. Required amenities include a podium, a comprehensive audio/visual system for sound and video, an overhead scoreboard to serve hard-of-hearing guests, livestreaming capabilities, and a curtain backdrop on stage.

The venue must oversee all traffic control measures mandated by the hosting city, as well as provide emergency staff and security throughout the ceremonies. Availability is required for the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of Memorial Day weekend; alternate dates may only be set in conjunction with school officials after the academic calendar is determined. The contract for these services will cover a one-year period.
