Arizona schools are seeking qualified vendors to supply comprehensive graduation supplies and photography services. The required services include providing class rings, senior caps and gowns, graduation announcements, diplomas and covers, complete graduation packages, and various miscellaneous graduation-related items. Additionally, vendors will supply photography services, balloon arches, flower arrangements, and letter or number light rentals to support graduation ceremonies.

Vendors should have the capability to handle the printing and distribution of all promotional materials and informational packets. The ability to promptly investigate and resolve claims regarding defective or inferior products, including on-site responses when necessary, is also essential. The initial contract will be for a period of one year. Interested vendors must submit any questions regarding the opportunity by February 19, 2026.
