(1) Vendor needs to provide graduation supplies and photography services.– Provide in your proposal photography services.– Printing and distribution of all promotional materials, packets, etc. – Ability and willingness to promptly investigate claims of defective and/or inferior quality and to make necessary adjustments. Investigations to include on–site response if necessary. – Provide the following products: • Class Rings. • Senior Caps & Gowns. • Graduation Announcement. • Diplomas and Diploma Covers. • Graduation Package. • Miscellaneous Graduation Items. • Photography Services. • Balloon Arches. • Flower Arrangements. • Letter/# light rental.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 19, 2026.
