DESCRIPTION
The supplier will provide graduation photography services for graduating students at multiple campuses. Services will include photography sessions, fully digital online booking, proof galleries, ordering and payment tools, and the supply and delivery of selected photographs and packages to students.
Online proof galleries must be available within five business days of each photography session. Photo orders must be processed and shipped within fifteen business days of order placement. Photography sessions will be scheduled based on student demand and enrollment trends.
The supplier must also offer onsite LinkedIn headshot photography sessions for students at least once per semester. Digital LinkedIn headshot images must be accessible within 24 hours of each session. The contract period will be one year, and all questions must be submitted by August 26, 2026.
