The University seeks a comprehensive solution for graduate student marketing, recruitment, and retention across both online and on-campus programs. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to attract a diverse pool of domestic graduate students, ensuring all activities align with UIC branding standards.
Services required include the creation of tailored marketing materials, creative and design services, and content development for individual programs to enhance program visibility and enrollment. This encompasses digital marketing materials, advertisements, microsites, email campaigns, and social media strategies. The vendor must deliver responsive microsites, brochures, landing pages, HTML email templates, and media assets.
Additional responsibilities include providing data and ROI dashboards for campaign performance, application management, registration support, media buying, conversion optimization, SEO, social media advertising and management, and campaign/email remarketing. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for June 10, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by June 12, 2026. The contract period will span two years.
