Summary:
Seeking vendor to design, install, and support GPS systems for a fleet of 150–160 golf carts in Kentucky, including hardware, software, and staff training.
(1) Vendor needs to provide GPS system. – Design and install a GPS system in the golf cart fleet. – The proposal should account for this timeline and include the installation and removal of the GPS units. – Included in the per unit pricing is the installation and training of the corresponding GPS management software on computers and tablets and smart phones for staff use. – The number of carts in the fleet for the GPS installation will be between 150–160 units. – Each GPS screen should be a minimum of 9 inches diagonally in size and mounted on the center front of the underside each golf cart roof. – All times so the GPS units must be able to handle the harsh elements such as sub–zero temperatures, rain, sleet, snow, ice, and high temperatures over 100 degrees. – The GPS system should be wired to draw its power from the golf cart. – The GPS should power up and down when the golf cart key is turned in the on position. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025.
