(1) Vendor needs to provide go human safety strategies service.– The Consultant shall design, develop and test new campaign creative; implement program expansion elements and improvements; coordinate educational services and training materials in collaboration with campaign partners.– The Campaign is a collaboration between agency and the health departments and transportation commissions across the region and supports a regional transportation nexus through a coordinated strategy of neighbourhood and community–level traffic safety and engagement strategies.– Go Human, an award–winning community outreach and advertising campaign, has appeared on freeway billboards, buses and bus shelters, radio, and more.– Provide on–site support of traffic safety events; and fulfill orders and deliveries of bicycle and pedestrian safety materials.– Development and testing of new creative design, development, and testing of new Go Human creative with recommendations for implementation.– Safety resource distribution and event support–fulfilling orders and deliveries of bicycle and pedestrian safety materials, providing on–site support of traffic safety events, and coordinating educational services and training materials.– Photography, graphics and messaging matrix.– Videos shall include either closed or open captions and Spanish subtitles.– Social media content shall include alt text and image descriptions.– videos shall include either closed or open captions and Spanish subtitles.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2025.
