Global Multi-Sector Fixed Income Investment Management Services (Due August 5, 2026)

A government authority in Taunton, Massachusetts is seeking an investment manager for global multi-sector fixed income services. The selected firm will manage funds in alignment with Board objectives, provide fiduciary support, and deliver regular reporting.

Must be a registered investment advisor pursuant to the Investment Advisors Act of 1940 or exempt
Must have experience managing investments for institutional, tax-exempt, or governmental defined benefit plans
Must have been in operation for at least ten years as of December 31st, 2025
Must have at least $5.0 billion in assets under management
Must have at least $1.0 billion in assets under management in the proposed product
Must have at least 10 years of GIPS compliant investment performance in the proposed product
Majority of firm principals must have worked together for at least five years
Key personnel must have in excess of 10 years of individual experience investing in global fixed income
Proposed vehicle must be open to new investors through 2026
Must have met with Segal Marco Advisors research and completed their RFI
Must have completed the four required PERAC forms
Must maintain an adequate errors and omissions insurance policy
