(1) Vendor needs to provide instructional and website designer services.– Fully bilingual redesigned website, using updated agency branding (logo, colour palette, typography, iconography and graphic elements), adding visual storytelling elements, creating UX pathways linking to the agency learning management system– Requires an Indigenous online instructional designer to develop templates to deliver workshops and courses utilizing our Moodle platform.– Include preparing an instructional design framework, templates and updating the look and feel to ensure that our continuing education material is highly engaging and adheres to branding standards.– Design and develop a digital catalogue for agency resources, including thumbnail or flipbook style previews, executive summaries and downloadable assets with scalable resource architecture to support future uploads.– Ensure site is SEO–optimized and performance–tested for fast load speeds of images and videos.– Full testing of cross–browser and cross–device testing, functionality testing, content and layout review with bug fixes and refinements prior to launch.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026.
