Key responsibilities include organizing and archiving surveys in compliance with Data Documentation Initiative and Dublin Core Metadata standards, as well as developing a survey implementation plan covering all necessary field protocols and data management strategies. The vendor will ensure all survey materials and data collection instruments are reproduced sufficiently to meet study requirements.

The dashboard will be designed to highlight gaps between evidence-based practices for promoting student learning and the policies currently implemented in education systems. Additionally, it will provide a mechanism for governments to track their progress as they implement changes aimed at closing these gaps.
