(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS system design and implementation professional services to assist the GIS section in restructuring its enterprise GIS environment to the government authority located in Nebraska. The primary objective is to access and transition from the current state-shared ArcGIS portal environment to a fully dedicated, agency-controlled, high-availability ArcGIS Enterprise deployment with ArcGIS roads and highways. This work encompasses GIS system architecture, assessment, design, data migration, application integration, testing, deployment, knowledge transfer, training, and limited on-call support.
