Vendor needs to provide GIS mapping tool system. This tool, named the MassEnviroScreen, will provide energy project applicants, agencies, and communities with a transparent, user-friendly mapping tool that allows users to visualize and analyze cumulative environmental, public health, and socioeconomic indicators. Provide detailed documentation of the tool’s architecture, data sources, update processes, and troubleshooting protocols. Includes source code, datasets, technical notes, and instructions for IT staff to sustain and maintain the tool independently. Refined CIA methodology and tool integration. Finalize indicator framework and methodology. Beta version of tool. Refinement or revision of tool based on agreed-upon feedback. Final tool delivery, documentation, and training.
