(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS–based corridor planning tool. – The tool identifies critical deficiencies and emerging challenges across the corridors and assesses them according to the strategic goals outlined, including safety, mobility, infrastructure condition, and environmental sustainability. – Functionality to support the exploration of existing gaps or deficiencies in performance from system condition reports, studies, or other data sources. – Functionality to incorporate public and stakeholder identified needs. – Functionality to incorporate forecasted condition from the asset management model and forecast results from the statewide travel demand model. – The ability to define and modify goal areas, objectives, and targets. – Dashboards to help decision makers recognize and weigh the impacts of tradeoffs among competing goals and candidate projects. – Ability to compare measured data. – Ability to monitor and report on progress toward achieving targets. – Compatibility with existing GIS platform. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026.
