– Vendor needs to provide Ginnie Mae consolidated cloud platform. – Ginnie Mae requires the ability to manage and optimize cloud service costs while ensuring that the agency maintains cloud service mobility, agility, and performance. – This will include working with OEM cloud providers, current vendors, contractors and service provider organizations. – Provide organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization. – Identify all relevant partnerships your organization holds with AWS, Microsoft, and Google. – Under one payer account owned by Ginnie Mae, a multi–tenant cloud environment will exist in AWS east–west commercial and government cloud. – Provide your standard methodology for transitioning or migrating customer master payer accounts. – Identify the cloud platforms in which you specialize and specify which services or platforms you resell, manage, or support. – Transition of the existing cloud services accounts into one payer account owned by Ginnie Mae. – Promote cloud service budgeting and forecasting by tracking spending and for casting future cloud service usage and associated costs.
