Vendor needs to provide geotechnical engineering services to the government authority located in Laredo, TX. Provide turnkey geotechnical and environmental engineering studies, feasibility analysis, materials testing, and foundation design recommendations for new construction, renovations, and expansions across District facilities. Develop complete turnkey geotechnical and environmental engineering studies, feasibility studies and analysis and evaluations and development of project specifications, recommendations and construction documents, including all necessary Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering design plans and specifications for all district–wide new construction, building renovations and expansions, alterations, and general maintenance projects. Conduct forensic engineering feasibility studies of building facilities and structures, and/or conduct building geotechnical and environmental engineering commissioning evaluations of school campuses, athletic facilities, administrative support service facilities, and existing land or properties for future purchase, and buildings or facilities considered for purchase and/or exchange of real property. Services include soil investigation and foundation engineering recommendations; construction materials strength and composition testing and analysis; indoor air quality studies; asbestos materials management and administration, engineering, testing, and consulting services; lead–based paint materials management and administration, engineering, testing, and consulting services.
