(1) Vendor needs to provide geospatial information systems support for land information management system (LIMS). – Support, upgrade, and maintain land information management system (LIMS) and associated web tools. – An advanced Esri enterprise geographic information system (GIS) that stores geospatial and land information data. – Support, expand, and maintain flood hazard identification and mitigation program by conducting floodplain studies, drainage studies and assessments, and other hazard mitigation related services with incorporation into the LIMS. – Provide mapping documents including, but not limited to boundary maps, topographical maps, as–built maps (utility and/or site), and subdivision plats as well as legal descriptions for easements, rights–of–way, leases, parcels, and tracks of land. – Installation, configuration, deployment, testing, and maintenance of hardware and software. – Data collection, editing, analysis, reporting, and maintenance. – Web enabled dashboard services. – Business software integration and customization. – Esri ArcGIS server. – Microsoft windows server datacenter. – Microsoft SQL server. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
