(1) Vendor needs to provide geospatial emergency management and evacuation mapping platform.– A system to provide advanced, map–based visualization of evacuation zones, traffic routing, critical infrastructure, and community assets that exceed the mapping capabilities of alerting platforms alone. (2) All question must be submitted no later than February 3, 2026.
