The State of Texas is seeking a vendor to provide renewal services for 225 single node locked Global Mapper GIS licenses. The scope of work includes the supply of application software related to servers, data processing, and mainframe environments, with an emphasis on Geographic Information System (GIS) capabilities. The solution should also encompass scientific, statistical, engineering, mathematical, and mapping software, including photogrammetry applications, for mainframe and server-based systems.

In addition to license renewal, the selected vendor will be responsible for delivering customized training and comprehensive documentation support. This includes the development and facilitation of quarterly webinar-based training sessions, totaling 8 hours over the duration of the contract.
