(1) Vendor needs to provide geographic information system.– Provide consulting by maintaining an electrical utility GIS system with Trimble GPS units to collect field data; contractor will provide assistance to personnel to utilize GIS tools.– The consultant shall analyze and evaluate data involving electrical system facilities by collecting the data utilizing Global Positioning System (GPS) hardware and software which is then stored into a Geographic Information System (GIS).– The consultant shall generate new or verify mapped information, using standard field sampling and electrical system data collection.– Provide advice daily to maintain and update any GIS power system modifications.– Provide consulting by adding data into an environmental systems research institute (ESRI) GIS database, utilizing specifically a GIS electric utility data model.– Provide consultant expertise in the design, develop and management of the GIS database and database management system.– Provide continual consulting support and maintenance of GIS interface with computer system including global positioning systems, personal computers, data collectors, printers and plotters.– During the data process, quality analysis and quality control checks are addressed to ensure accurate data quality and standardization.– Currently operates an ArcGIS Pro system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 26, 2025.
