(1) Vendor needs to provide Genesys cloud annual renewal system.– Provide help desk support services to troubleshoot and resolve system issues or questions that are escalated.– Provide a support phone number, email, and website where issues can be raised, documented, managed, and monitored, and support tickets tracked.– Provide the capability to log and track changes to applications, databases, and operating systems.– Contractor shall use physical and environmental security to protect all information systems and media. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 04, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
