Vendor needs to provide eligible media entities with experience creating content for distribution via a statewide multi–media campaign to increase general public awareness of biosecurity issues relevant to state. Priority will be given to eligible entities that have experience creating content to be distributed via radio, television, print and digital channels. Proposals must include at least one clear objective and one measurable outcome that supports achieving the objective, and a process/method of data collection to show the measurable outcome/s was met. The primary goal of agency is to provide the agency with a statewide multi–media campaign that increases general public awareness of biosecurity issues relevant to Hawaii and reports the results and achievements of the campaign through data that demonstrates the objectives and measurable outcomes were met.
