Vendor needs to provide general maintenance and repair services to the government authority located in Bonham, TX. Contractor shall perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair services two times per month at minimum or as needed. Considerable knowledge of construction practices and procedures is required; skilled at a wide range of repairs, these tasks include trade skills, repair work, maintenance work, both interior and exterior. Considerable knowledge of minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and furniture repair is needed. Considerable knowledge of modern methods and techniques of building construction and construction materials, as well as proper safety techniques and procedures, is required. The contractor will inspect buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repairs, making notes and recommendations using a pre-established check sheet. All questions must be submitted no later than February 9, 2026. The contract period will be for one year. A pre-bid meeting will be held on February 6, 2026.
