The selected firm will offer professional support in areas such as engineering, premium transit planning, modal development, surveying, architecture, landscaping, technical assistance, project management, and administrative services necessary to advance a variety of projects.

The consultant will deliver contractual support for professional services that include planning and environmental management, project development and environmental studies, design–build project services, project engineering, and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) integration.
