(1) Vendor needs to provide general engineering consultant services to the government authority located in New Jersey.– Provide general engineering services in the form of staffing and support to the Commission as well as bridge engineering technical expertise.– Assist Commission or perform special inspections: measuring, note taking, photographs, surveying, damage assessments, quantities, cost estimates, and insurance claims.– Consultant’s tasks may vary considerably, ranging from an emergency bridge inspection due to vessel allision, technical guidance on bridge replacement projects and planning, review reports, to design of a roof for an ancillary facility.– Provide professional engineering and technical personnel to support the Commission’s staffing with day–to–day engineering tasks on an as–needed basis and provide a quick response to any one of our facilities should an emergency arise.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
