(1) Vendor needs to provide general contracting services to the government authority located in Pomona, NY. • Perform general contracting work, including equipment, supervision, transportation, permits, and incidentals necessary. • Construction, removal, repair, and installation of interior or exterior walls, partitions, doors, framing, and related components. • Installation of ceiling grids and ceiling tiles. • Masonry repair, repointing, patching, and stabilization. • Drywall installation and finishing. • Carpentry repairs and renovations. • General building repairs, rehabilitation, and improvements. • Demolition work associated with authorized job orders. • Other similar work consistent with general contracting services. (2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 22, 2025.
