The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, is planning Phase II of the Water Infiltration Remediation project at the historic Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House located at 1 Bowling Green, New York, NY. This prominent building is recognized on the National Register of Historic Places. The project addresses significant building deficiencies and is a continuation of a major repair and alteration initiative.

Phase II will encompass a range of services including façade restoration, roof and window replacement, skylight and rotunda ceiling repairs, as well as restoration of fine arts murals and sculptures. Qualified general contractors with experience in historic preservation and large-scale institutional construction are encouraged to express their interest.
