It is anticipated that the majority of the work will be miscellaneous remodelling projects that may include mechanical and electrical installation, plumbing, general carpentry, painting, HVAC, tile work, drywall, framing–out of new walls, ceilings, flooring, doors and door hardware installation, roofing, and general renovation.
