(1) Vendor needs to provide general construction services to the government authority located in Arapahoe, CO. – Providing full–service construction for small projects of varying. – Supervision, project management, and transportation necessary to perform the requested services. – Include renovations, remodels, and repairs at schools, office buildings, and other facilities. – Structural. – Mechanical. – Pre–construction planning and design–build participation. – Scheduling and cost estimating. – Including providing input to guide design, and developing preliminary cost. – Self–performed work will be based upon initial hourly pre–established rates. (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 26, 2026.
