The selected contractor will offer full-service construction, including supervision, project management, and transportation necessary to successfully execute the requested services.

The scope of work spans renovations, remodels, and repairs at locations such as schools, office buildings, and other county properties. Services may include structural and mechanical work, as well as active participation in pre-construction planning and design-build processes. Responsibilities also include project scheduling, cost estimating, providing design guidance, and developing preliminary cost projections. Some work may be self-performed under pre-established hourly rates.
