(1) Vendor needs to provide general civil engineering services to the government authority located in HI. – Provide civil, environmental, structural, electrical, surveying, geotechnical, landscaping and traffic engineering services to complete the project assignments including, preparing construction plans, specifications, and estimates for various roadway related projects in accordance with state highways and federal highway procedures and requirements. – Obtaining and reviewing as–built plans and records on file with the design branch, department of transportation, and as–built plans with other agencies and utility companies. – Coordinating all activities with the design branch and attending all project coordination meetings concerning the work required under the project assignments. – Coordinating all work with applicable government agencies and utility companies. – Providing services during bidding and providing design support services during construction. (2) The contract period will be for five years.
