The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive general advertising and marketing services in Michigan. Required services include marketing, advertising, branding, media planning and management, digital media strategy, videography, photography, website content development and support, and broader communications support. The selected vendor will also be expected to develop and implement social media strategies, including content creation and campaign execution.
The scope includes development of an annual strategic marketing and communications plan, application of consistent branding across all communications, and support for community outreach initiatives through promotional campaigns and communications materials. The agency also requires market research and marketing strategy consulting, along with creative services such as graphic design and content development.
Deliverables may include digital advertising, video content, print materials, collateral pieces, vehicle graphics and branding, and emerging media or interactive technologies such as augmented reality where applicable. All recommended marketing and communications programs must include defined goals and measurable performance outcomes. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 27, 2026, questions are due by May 29, 2026, and the contract term is expected to be two years.
